If you would like to add a test to an existing patient request you can do this by contacting our customer services team at:

There are some restrictions on the length of time a test can be added to an existing specimen after receipt. Below is a list of the test the team can add on and the timeframe from receipt.
For any tests not on the list the team cannot directly add but can discuss with the relevant Laboratory as to if this test can be added. To request this please contact the customer services team and provide the patient details and the test required to be added.
