Our Customer Services Team is the first point of contact if you need support or have a query about pathology services. For example, you can ask us about the status of a test you’ve ordered, adding on tests to an existing sample, logistics and consumables, test information or if you need clinical advice.
Our capable service team includes Customer Service Coordinators who can help with complex requests.

Our team is perfectly placed to assist with any Synnovis query and you can share confidential information with customer services if needed.
If you are a primary care service users and use tQuest to order your tests, please contact tQuest@synnovis.co.uk for any pathology-related IT queries. We can help with setting up new tQuest users, general IT enquiries and issues, result interchange errors and unmatched/unknown GP results.
Please don’t send us any Patient Identifiable Details. An @nhs.net address will be provided if confidential information needs to be shared.
