The Intraoperative PTH Monitoring Service laboratory provides an intraoperative PTH testing service within the theatres at St. Thomas’ Hospital for patients undergoing parathyroidectomy. We provide a highly specialised, real-time analytical service for intraoperative parathyroid hormone (PTH).
