Serum. Minimum sample volume 500 uL. Fluoride oxalate, lithium heparin and EDTA plasma are unsuitable.

Interpretation requires a paired glucose result. Please state clearly on request form the plasma glucose result at the time of sampling

Storage and transport: 
Store frozen but sample can be sent via 1st class post
