Global IT outage statement
Synnovis is aware of a global IT outage - which has affected a number of systems, including EMIS, an appointment and patient record system - which is causing disruption in the majority of GP practices. This is unrelated to the ransomware cyberattack Synnovis was a victim of on 03 June.
