New name, same commitment to transform pathology services

PartnersinProgress.jpgFive years ago we began our journey of pathology transformation by building on the expertise of our founding partners.

We set out to build a new organisation, capable of setting world-class standards in pathology innovation, quality and service delivery.

Today our journey continues - bringing our two brands together under one name and identity enables our clinically-led service to more effectively deliver better outcomes for patients day in, day out.

  • There will be no change in clinical practices or to the laboratory services we provide you.
  • We continue to innovate in order to better serve our network of GPs, specialist test referrers and Hospital Trust partners
  • We will continue to offer full support for the entire testing lifecycle and advanced approaches to diagnostic testing
  • Our site addresses and phone numbers will not change
  • Our GSTS.com email addresses will switch over to Viapath.co.uk from 1st May
  • Request forms will be reissued, but if you already have supplies showing our old name, feel free to use these until they run out

As part of our continued service improvement we have established a cross-site customer service team who are ready to respond by telephone or email, resolving all manner of queries from one central hub.
