Laboratory overview
Our laboratory provides highly automated, rapid analysis and screening services for renal, liver cardiac and other disease groups.
Blood sciences is a UKAS accredited medical laboratory (No.8710), accredited to ISO15189:2022 for the tests listed in the schedule of accreditation on the UKAS website (https://www.ukas.com/wp-content/uploads/schedule_uploads/00007/8710-Medical-Multiple.pdf). Any tests not currently accredited are noted as such in the test details on this website.
Key features:
- We provide rapid analysis of patient specimens for basic parameters of the full test repertoire.
- We provide analysis for diabetes, lipids, endocrinology and tumour marker studies.
