Central Specimen Reception Service Manager
Michelle joined our Central Specimen Reception (CSR) in 1999, whilst studying for her A-levels, she has been promoted several times during her career with us and is now the CSR Operations Manager.
Over the years, Michelle has managed to develop a skilled, multi-disciplined Reception team consisting of Medical Laboratory Assistants, Administrative assistants and Special Processing assistants. She has also implemented Quality Management System in Central Specimen Reception (CSR).
