The Category Management team is primarily responsible for:
- Supplier selection
- The efficiency and effectiveness of processes and resources
- Sustainability throughout the supply chain
- Developing positive relationships with suppliers
The Supply Chain team is responsible for:
- Day-to-day operational procurement and replenishment of materials at all Synnovis sites
