The Purchasing and Supply Chain Department is a Synnovis Services function covering all our sites, they are responsible for getting the best value for the business.

The Category Management team is primarily responsible for:

  • Supplier selection
  • The efficiency and effectiveness of processes and resources
  • Sustainability throughout the supply chain
  • Developing positive relationships with suppliers

The Supply Chain team is responsible for:

  • Day-to-day operational procurement and replenishment of materials at all Synnovis sites
