Sample type and Volume required: 
Whole Blood, Bone Marrow, CSF. Minimum volume is approximately 2mL.
Turnaround time: 
7 working days
Special sample instructions: 

CSF samples can only be processed when ≤4 hours old, please deliver directly to the Special Haematology laboratory. Whole blood samples are stable for analysis up to 24 hours and bone marrow up to 48 hours. Samples must arrive in the laboratory with sufficient time for processing.

Storage and transport: 
Samples must be transported to the laboratory immediately. Transport at ambient temperature.
