Viapath contribute to UK leading quantity of academic output

Our experts at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust have firmly cemented themselves as the leading Clinical Haemophilia and Thrombosis service in the UK, with an unrivalled 77 peer reviewed publications in 2014.

This represents the highest academic output from any equivalent service in the country and one of the highest in Europe.

Colleagues contributing to this impressive output include Professor Beverley Hunt as Clinical Lead for Haematological Sciences, Dr Dominic Harrington as Scientific Director and Director of Nutristasis and several of our laboratory team.

Dr Harrington said of the achievement, “This success reflects the depth of clinical and laboratory excellence in Haemophilia and Thrombosis that has developed over recent years. We look forward to building further on these foundations during 2015.”
